Returns Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. We are happy to exchange your item if you find the size is incorrect or we will issue you a Store Credit that is valid indefinitely. All return freight charges are at the customers expense.
If you wish to return an item they MUST be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags & packaging (where applicable) still intact. This includes all kinds of packaging boxes such as shoe boxes.
You have 14 days from purchase date to return your online order.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving them.
All watches, sunglasses, undergarments, swimwear, jandals, skateboards and oversized orders such as surfboards are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Saltwater Surf Co Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items do not meet the returns criteria mentioned above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returning Goods Purchased as Special Offer
If you return a single item purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. buy one get one half price) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be credited the full multi-buy value.

Returns & Exchanges to our Physical Store
If you would prefer to return your purchase personally, we accept returns and exchanges in our store. Simply pop into our store with a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt.
Warranty Returns
Warranties are product-specific and do not apply to all items.
A dated proof of purchase must be supplied. Saltwater Surf Co Ltd is not responsible for lost or misplaced receipts.
Saltwater Surf Co Ltd will facilitate the return on your behalf with the supplier/brand. This may result in products(s)* having to be sent back to the supplier for further assessment.
Warranty returns can take up to 14 working days (from receiving product(s)* at our returns address) to process.
The “supplier” has the right to decide if there is a manufacturing issue or defect in accordance with their set terms & conditions. The “supplier” may choose to repair, refund, or a refusal of either.
